- Read the fixture data sheet first. Look for the driver specs: input voltage, dimmer compatibility, and any special wiring notes.

- Check the ceiling canopy space. For the Flos String Light round pendant, the driver needs room to breathe. Cramming it into an undersized junction box causes overheating and premature failure.
